Assistant Manager
Full-time | Mornings & Weekends Required | Competitive Pay + Perks
We’re looking for a hands-on, people-loving Team Lead to help keep our bagel shop running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love the smell of fresh-baked bagels in the morning, and know how to guide a team while jumping in wherever needed, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do:

Help oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, and inventory

Lead and motivate the team to provide exceptional service

Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are always met

Handle customer concerns with professionalism and a smile

Jump in on register, make sandwiches, or help in the kitchen as needed

Baker
We’re looking for an early riser with a passion for baking to join our team as a Baker!
In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for producing our fresh, delicious bagels and baked goods that customers love. No prior bagel experience? No problem — we’ll train you in every step of the process, from mixing and shaping dough to dressing, baking, and finishing.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare dough and bake bagels to our shop’s standards
- Monitor baking times and temperatures
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen
- Prep ingredients and assist with other food items as needed
- Collaborate with the team to keep things running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone dependable and punctual — baking starts early!
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- A love of food and pride in your craft

Cashier/Sandwich Maker
We are seeking staff members who can quickly pivot from taking orders to making sandwiches (depending on the day).
Do you have an outgoing personality and LOVE to interact with customers? Do you pick up new skills easily? Are you able to work quickly and efficiently even when under pressure? Are you reliable? If yes to all of the above, we are seeking someone like you!
On any given day, you could be:
- Taking customers’ orders (Toast POS system)
- Packing to-go orders
- Prepping ingredients and crafting bagel sandwiches
- Making and serving coffee
- Whipping and packaging cream cheese
- Washing dishes, cleaning, sweeping, mopping and all of the other less-than glamorous tasks that go along with running a bagel shop.
We will train the right people but you must have access to reliable transportation.
